How to Order: Dealers

No telephone order will be accepted
You will be notified via email if we have to replace the order by another type of flavor if your requested flavor is not available.

Prices
kr. 65,- per 1 liter of ice cream
kr. 60,- per 1 liter of Sorbet

Order
Minimum 2 off 4.5 liter container of any available flavor with minimum of 20 containers per order.

Order Availability
May- thru mid-June and August: 15 working days production and delivery from confirmation date of the order.
July- No regular production schedule. However, any production request will require additional 20% service charge.
September thru April of the following year: 10 working days production and delivery from confirmation date of the order.
Free delivery in Stavanger area and additional charges for out of town deliveries.

Payment
Invoices will be sent via email and all payments are due within 10 days after the invoice date. Failure of payment within due date will add kr. 250 service charge.

Corrections and Returns
Any complaints or dissatisfaction has to be reported to us via email within 3 days after delivery and by immediate phone call to 95 88 10 88.
If there are problems with ice cream, then it has to return to our shop as soon as possible in its original container, label and with enclosed statement stating the problem.

Delizia reserve the right to change its products, terms, conditions, etc without prior notification.
