We only use the highest quality ice cream ingredients available. It has less than 8% fat and the ones that are made with Olive base mixture have zero cholesterol.
Our ice cream display can only accommodate 20 flavors, but we have 94 different types that we rotate each day. We also provide ice cream to those who are diabetic or can not tolerate milk.
We have our own authorized factory in Stavanger that produces ice cream on “homemade base limitation” category. That means, we are not an industrial type factory that produces 5000 liters a day and each flavor carries a residue of a former made flavor (like Vanilla may have trace of Hazelnut).
We produce as much as we can sell in a period of one week and none of our products are more than a week old. What we do not sell, we throw away since it losses it’s integrity as a fresh ice cream (you as a customer will not notice it). The integrity loss is due to lack of many preservatives (I call them chemical waste) that makes the ice cream last in the display for a along period of time and you as a customer would not know it. We accept orders for the ice cream of your choice, we can even try to make your flavor- bring in a jar of jam or home made paste and we can try it in your presence. We welcome all constructive comments about our product. So far we have had nothing but positive responses and many good suggestions.

Each produced ice-cream portion is registered and has its own serial number for tracking and follow-up.
