Makes 40-45 pieces

Ingredients
Kg Flour
150 gr. Margarine
½ ts baking soda (bakepulver)
1 ts salt
750 gr White cheese
½ liter boiled water

Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix water with margarine
Blend water with dry mix
Kneed very well

Take some dough, flat quite thin in a shape of a long oval on the table.
Put grated cheese on the dough at 10 cm intervals, use fingers to wet the dough for easy sticking, wrap dough over (fold). Use hands to push down to form a round pastries. Cut pieces with edged wheel. Make a hole on the top.
Heat oil, put pieces in to deep fryer, get out side surfaces to brown. Put on paper to absorb extra oil.
Serve warm with salad.

Can use ground meat instead of cheese.
